I took my son in for x-rays and didn't have to wait for too long. They were very nice and efficient.

This place is horrible after waiting there for 25mins I was called up to the front desk and asked what my weight was...and i was a bit embrassed to be sharing that since no has ever asked me before when getting x-rays. Well my weight is over the limit for the table i have to sit on to do x-rays. As if they really needed me to waste 25mins to tell me I am heavy. I know that. I ended up going to radiology ltd in and out no problems. If you know that your over weight save yourself the embrassment and your time.

Waisted my time.: After getting my orders for X-rays at Eastside Imaging, I decided to call and find out when was the best time to get X-rays to avoid loosing time at work. I called and was told that the best time would be at 7:00 am. I went the very next morning and even arrived at 6:50 to make sure I would be one of the first in line. When I entered they told me that X-ray section was not manned until after 7:30. At 7:25 I was told that the Tech called and would not be able to take my X-rays because of technical problems. I was given a choice to stay and wait until they could fix the problem and they had no Idea when that would be, or I could come back some other time.
I HAD USED UP TOO MUCH VALUABLE TIME ALREADY AND TOOK MY PAPER WORK WITH ME AS I WALKED OUT OF THE OFFICE.
I HAVE TO WORK FOR A LIVING.
