My son and I attend this school and it is a great place to learn martial arts. The instructors are serious about the art but have a sense of humor, too, and you're able to learn in a comfortable environment at whatever level of pressure you're comfortable with. We'd enthusiastically recommend this school to anyone interested in studying martial arts!

The instructors at Eastern Ways Elk Grove are highly skilled and very professional in both Yang Tai Chi and Choy Li Fut Kung Fu. Their one-on-one private lessons in conjunction with group classes are far more beneficial than group lessons alone, which makes them stand out from other schools. For practical self defense, Choy Li Fut is definitely recommended! ELK GROVE

I have been training at this school for 10 years, started when they only had one location I have trained at all three locations. They have the best instructors and style. Keep up the good work. the owners and instructors treat all of their students with the highest respect. All instructors are highly trained and very competent.
