I??????m yet to meet somebody more professional, knowledgeable, and experienced in this field than Sam. He was always willing to bring any number of rugs to my home on numerous occasions until we found the perfect one at a very fair price and excellent quality. In fact, our insurance agent proposed a higher value than what I paid for. I recommend him highly.

Without exception, Sam's pricing beat the competition, in some cases by 80%. Now, realistically, you could spend your time negotiating with others, but it was straight forward with Sam. The quality of his mechandise was straightforward and Sam was committed to our being happy with our purchase even after the sale. We purchased one rug and then the next day decided it was not right. I had already paid for it. Sam was great, there were no problems in figuring out what to do. He assured me that if he did not have something that would work, he would give me my money back. For an independent merchant working for a living, that leaves me with a very positive impression. It goes without saying that Sam and his staff know what they are doing.
