I took several night classes at this satellite campus location of EKU. I found the classes to be different than the classes on campus, they were geared more toward working people and nontraditional students. They have convenient computer labs and a library loan system so you can get books from the campus library without driving to Richmond. The range of classes offered is also great. I did feel like the professors had lower standards for students here than in my on-campus classes, which bothered me since that's not fair.

I attended this university for 4 years, and recieved my degree in nursing. the staff was like my second family, always caring and concerned. I will for the rest of my career encourage anyone who is interested in listening, how this small town school provides a big city and big cost education in your own backyard.

PROS: close to home, cost of eductation.
CONS: could not find one, except on campus parking was dreadful
