I've been getting my nails done at east west hands for more than a year. I always loved the service. But lately it's seems to be going downhill. I've noticed on a few occaions new girls not fully cleaning the tub, I did say something and she said she did, but I was watching her . Also many of the spa chairs are not working. 1 chair specifically has been broken about 5 months. Everytime I go in (every 2wks) I seem to get that same broken chair (chair no.1). I'm hoping I will start to enjoy going there again I really like several if the girls that work there.

Recommended to me after a car accident. Best Massage/treatment ever. NOTHING else removed or remediated the pain like the Thai Massage (not physical therapy/acupuncture/or any other type of massage, or treatment). Removes the pain, relaxes the muscles and the tendons, and I have better usage of my arm and shoulder. Sop far no other treatment for my pain and posture. Since 6/06

I have been going to East West Hands for about a year a half. I have never had a bad experience. I have never waited or had a problem with parking. I go there for a pedi, but also for a relaxing quiet time. I usually go during the week and it is very quiet, I am sometimes the only person there. They have a great magazine selection and I usually sit and read and use the massage chair for about 20 min after my pedi is over. The inside is very peaceful and decorated well and they play relaxing music. I love everyone who works there. I feel like they take pride in their work, including the owner who is very friendly and is always making sure my experience is wonderful. I highly recommend this place. Its the best.

I love getting a foot massage there ..Also convenient parking in the rear . try to avoid going on a saturday..it is packed with customers most of the time. Alex and Oar give great massages Jenny does a great job with Nails.Love it !! Love it! Love it!! an " out of Body experience"
