SHODDY business practices!
I NEVER received a bill for my part of their services, and instead was sent DIRECTLY to collections! The office was not willing to work with me directly about my part of the costs after my insurance paid their part.
Also, I have (again) a chip on my front tooth. I had it repaired at Eagle Rock, and it was flimsy at best - it came off within 3 months. AND they charged me TWICE AS MUCH as what my dentist NOW would charge me!
The dentists were good, but their business practices were VERY shoddy! I would NEVER send anyone to Eagle Rock Dental Care solely because of their business practices!

Office Staff Bad
The services of the dentists are incredible and highly recommended.
However, the insurance billing is less than desirable. I spend thousands of dollars on dental visits, but they can't seem to figure out how to bill insurance properly. What a joke!
