Very poorly excecuted roofing project

Eagle Construction replaced my roof in 2007. They repeatedly missed appointments to perform the work and when the project was "finished" and paid for, the roof leaked in two places when the first rain arrived. It took several visits, plus more missed appointments, for them to perform the repair. They claim they had installed the incorrect type of roof vent. They forgot to reinstall the vent pipe for the water heater, which I had to do myself. To me, they have no credibility and I would never use them again. I hope no one else has such a poor experience.
