I will cast no judgments, I will simply tell my story:

I sent my girlfriend to these people for a part for her car. They gave a part for a completely different car despite her telling them multiple times her make and model. After calling to report the mistake, they said to come back for a refund. When we arrived they denied us a refund, claiming they only do exchanges. They then sent us to a junkyard down the road, where the mechanic was very nice and helpful thankfully. He told us we were being overcharged, that we weren't the first people they'd done this to, and that we should demand a new part. We followed his advice since we couldn't get our money back, but the new had to be shipped from Tampa. We are still awaiting arrival. The entire time there, we were treated poorly, argued with, and frustrated by how we were treated.
