I set an appointment for a stereo install at my home, then planned my day around this appointment. When the tech did NOT show up at the appointment time, I called, only to be told the appointment was really set for another time that morning. I am 100% sure this was incorrect, but I said, OK go ahead and arrive at that other time instead. Then after rearranging my life around this appointment AGAIN, I get a phone call from them saying that, no they will NOT be arriving at all because I have been bumped from the schedule altogether, and would i like to reschedule. NO I WOULD NOT LIKE TO RUIN ANOTHER DAY TO SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR YOU TO NOT SHOW UP AGAIN! THANK YOU.

DSS is the real deal. The shop has the soul of a 1970s Hifi store, with the brain of automation systems and home theater. Remotes, TVs, speakers, amps. Better brands than any other place in north county, or all of san diego for that matter... makes me want to save my pennies (so i can spend them there)!
