I have never seen Dr. Duzman personally, rather another doctor working in the office who is great. The office is pretty good about keeping very close to scheduled time and the eye exams I've had are very thorough. It's after you get the prescription and are waiting for lenses that service starts going down hill. Both in waiting for my trial lenses and my actual lenses (which I paid for in advance), I was told my order should take 3 days. After a full week I called back, and both times were told "oh, they just came in today. I was going to call you." Seems odd in both cases. Also I noted that my doctor actually told me, in a firm tone, "if you don't here back in a few days CALL BACK TO CHECK." Seems to me there is an obvious problem no one is addressing, and I'm considering finding another doc for next year's visit because of it.‎
