I had a plumber named Brian out and I was so appreciative of the special care he gave us on his last visit. It involved our kitchen water filter and he was able to correctly diagnose the problem as not having to do with the filter at all but with the water pressure coming into our house. Its that kind of comprehensive thinking we really value. <br />
<br />
Over the past three or four years Brian has been out to our house for various things and have always been helpful and generous with his time. I feel like he is a member of the family and I always tell him to stop by for a cup of coffee when hes in the neighborhood.<br />
