Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad customer service
Worst customer service ever- no communication among staff, who are uniformly rude and disrespectful on the phone; very poor record keeping. Practice is convenient for a physical, scheduled in advance, or perhaps for some nursing home patients who are not able to complain about abominable lack of record keeping/ billing/ scheduling. I cannot overemphasize the number and variety of scheduling and billing errors. When these errors are combined with rude/uneducated staff and uncaring management, this makes for a very unpleasant experience, despite decent medical care. Not worth the trip charge.
