I lived at Dunwoodyd Ridge for 3 years. When I moved out, I was stuck with $835.00 in unreasonable charges. They claimed they had to replace the carpet, however, they could have cleaned it. I have no pets. This alone cost 350.00 as they replaced all of the carpet. I tried to dispute the charges and they sent me to a collector who was not nice. I've never in over 20 years EVER had to pay when moving out.‎
