Though somewhat of a luxury to spend money to wash your own dog, the set up makes it easy to do (tubs are up at a standing human's level), the warm water and massaging faucet is soothing for the dogs, and the staff goes out of their way to help with whatever is needed. I was there on a day when it was empty and the girl working let me use the back room since I had 2 dogs and there isn't a place to really tie up the second one out in the main room. Also, my dogs didn't want to get in the tub and she helped coax and lift the 60 pounders when needed. Nice neighbor business. We'll be regular customers.

PROS: big selection of soaps and easy to use equipment
CONS: hard to manage 2 dogs there since there's no where to tie them

So when I first moved to this neighborhood, this was one of the stores that popped out in my mind. Not so much because I take my dog to get washed often, but the name was very catchy. The apartment complex that I live in has a lot of dogs so someone had mentioned that they had taken their dog there so I decided to try it out. WIth a wide selection of shampoos and conditioners, it's a nice place to pamper your dog. They also have a cute section of supplies and toys for your beloved pets, but if you've got your own shampoo and water supply at home, I would just wash them there. It's a bit too much trouble to take your dog there to simply give them a bath.

We took our dogs here when they first opened just to check it out. It was fun. I think that our dogs enjoyed the socialization aspect of it all. It was a little difficult for us though to bring them both down there, wash them and get them back in the car... doing it at home is much easier... HOWEVER... if you don't have a place to wash your dog this place would be just perfect. They've got choices of shampoo and conditioner to use, constant fresh water and a cool little shampooing system. It works well! They also have a cute boutique.
