Jeff was very courteous and asked for the business by following up with a phone call after the home visit. A followup visit was conducted by Jeff Reynolds, Sales Manager, who listened to my concerns and came back with a proposal next day that told me Duggins had listened to us. Duggins proposal was fair and the most comprehensive, exactly what we asked for! The work commenced soon after and was completed in the time frame promised and by a very professional and courteous service team.
