I have received good service in the past. Last time, the car was noticeably dirty, inside and out. I also experienced lost items from my car. I was told to add my name to the log of other customers names who had also lost items. After review of their camera tapes, you cannot see what is actually happening inside of the car. I was told they throw nothing out of the cars, but was able to pull items from the trash that were in the car. I was to receive a phone call the next day. When I didn't, I called them and was told they assumed I had found the items, as most people do, and the main employee working on the car had been there for several years and would not risk his job. The customer is not always right. There should have been better follow-up and probably a police report filed at the scene. My advice is to remove EVERYTHING from your car if you use this business.

I took my old crapy '93 Eclipse there today and had to re-clean the interior when I got home! I sat there and watched them spend a lengthy amount of time on all the Mercedes and SUVs. Then when it was time to wipe down the interior of my car they barely touched it. The windows were streaky, the dash was still dusty, and they didn't even do the passenger door at all which was the dirtiest part because someone had just spilled soda down it. It was still all sticky! Just because I don't have a fancy car doesn't mean that it doesn't deserve to be cleaned just as good. Having a crappy car is bad enough as it is!!!

This car wash business is top of the line when it comes to deatailing a car to the notch. You are often able to locate savings coupons in the throw away ads that come in the mail and newspapers. Their quick but diligent work on your precious automobile is nothing but the best, and the price for the service provided, even before the coupons, is very reasonable.

Depending on when you go, you can end up getting a really good wash and dry or a mediocre job of it. The wash is pretty consistent, it's just the details on the drying. Is it worth the full price, definitely not. Always remember to use their coupons.

When I was a kid, one of my favorite things to do was to go to the car wash with my dad and watch my car go through. You can do that here and it has a duck coin op toy to play on (for your kids to play on LOL). They do a great job and there are usually coupons in the Valpak that make them pretty reasonable.
