Very clean, and friendly staff. I got a facial and massage package and was very satisfied! A must visit salon.

I went Dubios on Oct 30, 2008 to get a full set of nails and spa pedicure and I can honestly say that the service that was provided was horrible. The owner of the spa did my nails, and they turned out horrible! After she put the acrylic on my nails, she used the buffer and then put a clear coat of polish on. My nails still had dust on them from the powder and underneath the polish there were bubbles from her not having me wash my hands. The way my toes were painted on the pedicure looked like a child painted them, not someone who went to beauty school. I spent 91$ at this place and felt stupid that I even paid for it. I will tell everyone I know about this over priced day spa.

So, I'd had waxing done once before I decided to try Dubois Salon. After a less than satisfactory experience at Bel mondo, I started doing some research and stumbled upon DuBois. I saw Cathleens review and it just seemed a little fishy that she was the ONLY one who specifically did not like Lilia's service. Almost like her review was a personal vendetta. So I went and asked for the same as others had asked for, someone experienced and gentle. I was referred to Lilia. She is great! She is a wealth of knowledge and very gentle! I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends(I already have actually) and I will be returning for her services. It was very refreshing to have someone willing to take the time to do the waxing and have your best interest in mind as opposed to some other places where they try to bang out as many clients as possible in one day. Kudos to Lilia and if you don't believe it... you need to experience it.

Luckily I visited Dubois Salon and Spa prior to reading Cathleen's review! I just moved here from Orange County not too long ago and have been getting waxing and facials for over 10 years now. The thought of using someone new frightened me so I asked the receptionist to give me someone experienced and gentle. My appointment was made with Lilia. During my visit, Lilia was very gentle which made me comfortable. I had been getting Brazilians for years and she is by far the best! I scheduled other services with Lilia after my appointment. The owner called me 2 days later to see how I liked my visit. I don't usually do reviews online, but Cathleen's comment seemed very unreal for the experience I had. I wanted to share the excellent service and treatment at Dubois Salon. I would recommened this spa to everyone!

I had been going to Dubois for my waxing services for several years. Sadly when the ownership changed many of the good people left. I gave the new staff a chance and was beyond disappointed. I scheduled a Brazilian, eyebrow and lip wax - after an hour and a half of torture I left with only the Brazilian somewhat completed. Lily was the receptionists suggested service professional and I do not have words to describe how horrible she was. I was badly burned, covered in wax (literally) and beyond humiliated. Worst of all she acted like it was my fault - as if I had never had the service done before and didn't know what to expect. She couldn't have been more mistaken. What was even worse was the owner cared very little (if at all) about my concerns. Three days later I am still in pain. After years of having this service performed I have never had such a horrible experience. I will NEVER go back to Dubois again. I urge others to consider this review and think carefully about seeking services there.
