Unprofessional and incomplete
We hired these guys to paint the inside of our house. They told us it would take six business days. It took 13 (that's business days), and when they were done, there were still problems with the job. They didn't want to paint the trim, even though it was in our contract, and gave us a very hard time before they eventually agreed to fulfill the terms of our written contract. They told us that caulking seams was not included in "preparation and painting" leading to an unprofessional looking job before I finally just caulked and repainted myself.
Additionally, they knew we had an open house coming up to try to sell our house. We told them of the date weeks before. They mismatched the paint that they used for one touch-up / repair, and I had to re-paint the entire area myself the night before before the open house because their worker never showed up to complete the repair. They left multiple areas of trim looking unfinished and unprofessional, and I had to fix them myself. Although the house eventually ended up looking good. They were in a big hurry to get us to sign a contract, but then took two of the three guys off the job after a couple of days and therefore took more than double the time to finish than what was contracted. This pushed back the carpeting guys, the cleaners, and eventually the open house.
The workers were nice enough and professional, except when they " touched up " areas with mismatched paint, and refused to admit it was a mismatch.
I was very unsatisfied with the job they did. I had to redo substantial portions myself, which was not the point of hiring these so called professionals.
