My husband took me to my choice of restaurant for my birthday. We did not have a reservation even though it was Friday, we were seated at a table right away, there was bar seating available too, but we were not given that choice. When the server asked what kind of water we wanted he did not explain the $8 charge for sparkling water, which was good, but I returned because it was not that good, and I felt deceived. When we ordered, I asked about the Happy Hour which they advertise heavily, the waiter grudgingly explained that Happy Hour was only served at the bar, and seated at a table a few feet away it was full price (that is not mentioned by anyone unless you ask, including on their website). We stayed seated our choice, but again, felt decieved. The food was good but definitely not the best Japanese I have had, though they certainly charge a high price for it. All in all it was a disappointing experience, I felt they were selling the ambiance more than the food.‎

I love the interior its beautiful! The bartenders took care of every need and got us downstairs to Xes for free! We had a great time and full bellies. :) ...
