WADE TOLD ME THAT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DSR's MISTAKE, IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! STEAR CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND WASTE YOUR TIME! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! INITIALLY SAID THEY COULD FIX THE PROBLEM, THEN THEY CALLED ME A WEEK LATER TELLING ME IT WOULD COST UPWARDS OF $500. TOLD ME THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY TIME OR WASTING MY TIME. LARRY THE TECHNICIAN STATED WHEN I BROUGHT THE LAPTOP IN, HE DIDNT COMPLETELY ASSES THE PROBLEM AS THEY ARE IN A RUSH TO SERVICE OTHER CUSTOMERS. HAD HE CORRECTLY ASSESED THE PROBLEM FROM THE GET GO, I WOULDNT HAVE WASTED A WEEKS TIME! CALLED BACK TALKED TO SERVICE MANAGER WADE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! TOLD ME EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE, IT WAS MY PROBLEM!!!!
