First impressions are very important and Dr. Gilbertson's office passes with flying colors. He has a very friendly and accommodating staff and his office is tidy and clean. Dr. Gilbertson helped set me up with retainers when I was in high school. Since then, I had moved out of state but whenever I'd come home for the holidays he would accommodate me with appointments.
