I had to take my doctor to their office a couple of times because there was a mix up with the insurance company naming his as my daughters doctor. I was very unhappy with the service I received there. They staff was very rude and uninterested in helping patients. It almost seemed like we were bothering them with our questions and presence. The first visit they were suppose to give my daughter her vaccines but they were out and still out when we went for our next 2 visits putting her behind. I would call to ask if the vacciines were in yet and they could never answer or return phone calls. Also another thing I didin't like was they don't have any appointments its just walk in so you could potentially be waiting up to an hour just to get into a room.
