Pat Horan directs the bodywork here where prices are average or below and quality is very good. Downtown Body Shop is right around the corner from several major car rental places if you need one(and I did). I was going to have my car detailed after the repairs and they even took it for the detailing and brought it back. At DBS you're not paying for a spiffy lounge with flatscreen TV cuz there isn't one....you're not paying for a service advisor in a pressed shirt and tie cuz Pat doesn't wear one either...so he can get dirty if he has to. I hope I don't back into a pole again but if I do I know where I'll take my car.
