I was expecting a regular storefront jewelry store type of setting but the Dupont Building location is very safe. The staff from the front desk to the two jewelers I spoke with were very fair, most knowledgeable and polite. I was feeling a little intimidated but I was immediately put at ease by the professionalism of the entire staff. I came there to sell some estate jewelry but after meeting the staff, seeing the location and viewing the great website of Dover, I will look forward to being a customer.
