OK 1st off all i have to say is this place is CROOKED!!me and my family were in a minor accident in mcallen a few days after the wreck we got a private call stating they were from allstate and they wanted us to go to this chiropractic center free of charge and that it was just to get us checked out from the accident to make sure no serious damage was done..ok1ST OFF if you are ever in an accident NOONE refers you anywhere not the insurance or anybody..only yourself can say where you need to go..for care.ok we didn't know that.so we went to the visit everything seemed fine a few xrays and a little electro therapy for our back the next day was our xray reading..some young "female doctor" showed us our xrays and was telling us omg look how bad this is yall need therapy..lets start and you all will go for a month of therapy for corrective therapy!ok so we believed it..so we started therapy..on a daily basis..until the insurance company all state told my husband some news..she said look up dove chiropractic lawsuit allstate..sure enough my husband did and found out the are making claims for things that aren't even true!!sayinng people need therapy when they don't they just want a check!!so my husband and all state called the center and the girl didnt know what to say..they hung up on the lady from all state and gave my husband the runaround!!then a so called doctor called my husband back..asking what was going on??my husband said allstate didn't refer us to yall then who did and how did you get our info..and the damn stupid ass doctor said it himself.."well i bought your accident report..that's not against the law" no but its intent to solicate??duh!!they even had a lawyer they called come see us the day we started therapy that's solicatation of law practices on some one who didn't want it..the lawyer even had our medical records in hand!!we cancelled our therapy had an exit exam and asked for those 6 days bill to date..and guess how much..almost $2000.00 for 6 days of therapy!!crazy!!dont go here if you get a call its not legit i hope allstate shutsthem down!!!allstate did pay for that therapoy but lucky stopped it b4 we went over there limit and had to pay out of pocket!!
