I've taken both my Honda Hybrid and my Mercedes S430 to Doug's. He did great for both cars. I didn't call my insurance on the Mercedes because of my high deductible and Doug gave me a great price. The Honda was hit while it was parked so the other driver's insurance covered the whole cost. In both instances the work was great and no hassles. Doug took care of everything. Thanks Doug!

My husband and I have taken our 3 vehicles to Doug's Auto Body at one time or another. Doug and his crew have always done a great job for us and unlike some of the large auto body chains, they work QUICKLY and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I had a collision and took my Audi to Doug for repair. The bodywork was done well, but after I got the car back I had problems. Several warning lights were lit up and I asked Doug to check it out. His people picked up the car returned it several hours later and they told me everything was fine and not to worry. Two weeks later, I was driving down the freeway when white smoke came out of my exhaust. I had to have my engine replaced due to chronic overheating and it cost me over $5,000.00. Doug has not returned a phone call since.
