Off the beaten path, but a true gem.‎

Great thing about this bar...it's chill. The demographic is 20 to 30 years my senior, but I love the laid back atmosphere. Grab a cigar or your smokes, enjoy a scotch, and actually have a conversation with your friends. Only too loud to chat inside when live music playing. But then, just kick it to the patio.‎

Friendly and highly competent bar staff. Great live music every night (no cover charge) featuring amazing local musicians. Pool table surrounded by comfy sofas, and a great patio with swing chairs. Oh, and a fine selection of imported cigars. This place is paradise. And you can even drink the water.‎

You are lucky if a local clues you in on this uptown bar. It has everything...great food, impressive liquer selection & live music nightly with no cover charge! I've witnessed some of New Orleans best musicians at work. You never know who will be sitting in!
