I was in on Saturday for a massage and wanted to let you know how much I loved it. I hadn't been to your facility for a while and was pleased to receive a nice tour. You've added a lot since my first visit. Loved the "relaxation room" and the lockers. I felt like royalty. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks for a pedicure.

And, since we both deal with brides, I also want to thank you for allowing me to leave some of my business brochures in your lobby area. I assist brides and grooms in the CNY area with their wedding invitations, by bringing my invitation albums directly to them, to use in their homes for a few days at their leisure. This stress-free service is being well received, as a nice break in the wedding-planning process.

I will not be returning to this salon. I went in for a simple trim on my shoulder length wavy hair. I always blow-dry my hair with a round brush and then flat iron it so it is smooth and straight. This stylist was very friendly. The cut was nothing special, but acceptable. But when it came time for the blow-dry, she used the wrong type of brush on my hair and I looked absolutely ridiculous. It made my hair frizz and puff out and I looked better when I came in, then when I left - I definitely did not look like I just spent $40 on a haircut!! I was embarrassed the entire time I was sitting there and had to go right home because there was NO WAY I would go out in public looking like that. For that kind of money, they should have stylists who know how to do a basic blow-out with a ROUND brush, not a vent brush!!

So I went to Donatella's Spa in Syracuse N.Y. and had the best facial of my life. The staff is amazing, the price is right and the owner is delightful. Keep up the good work I highly recommend going to Donatella's spa!

Donatella's was a wonderful experience for me. The staff was very friendly and cordially from the receptionist to shampoo staff. I had a Aveda Green Science face that was to die for, a raindrop therapy massage, which included a sauna and they have lockers to store you belonging in. I than received a wonderful Spa Pedi and hair style. I would recommend Donatella's to anyone looking to relax and indulge them selves.

i went to Donatellas. salon and day spa.. ive never been to such a wonderful relaxin and fun place.. while there i received a massage ,, a manicure and pedicure and facial ... wow ,,, inbetween these said services i also relaxed in the salons cozy sauna...it was like being on vacation i left the hustle and bustle behind me at the front door .. AFter i received all my treatments i commensed to getting the most invigourating shampoo ive ever had it started out with a theraputic shampoo massage then a hair mask and ending with a conditioner ... MY HAIR felt like SILK !!! i was amazed being that my hair was normally a bit dry due to some old highlites .. when i was finished i not only felt beautiful but i felt relaxed and reenergized ready to face the world yet again.. i ended up buying the hair products .. Amazing Aveda is amazing .. i would highly reccomend going there as i will again and prob again and again . the staff is friendly and knowledgable kind considerate and mostly talented .. Thank you again Donatellas salon and day spa for making me feel so GOOD !! HUGS to all of you
