I have been to Don Jose's several times and I love it every time. Good size portions, delicious Mexican food and awesome Margaritas. Ambiance and location are not all that great but the food is worth it.

There are not many restaurants in this area but this happens to be one of the better ones. It is really run down inside, the service is touch and go but the chips and salsa are excellent and the food is good overall.

I have eaten here for years and I'm not quite sure why. I guess it is because for a long time there were few restaurants in Lake Elsinore. The food --- well I feel like I could make better mexican food at home. It is below average compared to other places like the Green Burrito or El Pollo Loco. The service is fine. There is never a crowd so it is easy to get a table.

I have eaten here several times. The ambiance is great, lovely inside but the food is always fair to poor. The menu is typical of any chain Mexican restaurant and the bar is quite nice the food just isn't good.

Dinner was very good and the restaurant was not crowded at all. The service was great and so was the food. I will be back to eat there very soon.Thank you again!
