I placed my order online, today. I called to confirm my order, but I did not get an answer. I wanted to confirm because the online order did not show that it was for take out. I drove over to pick up my order and it was already waiting for me. It was the right order, it was warm, like out of the oven warm not under the heat lamp warm. It was good food. It had enough of every topping. The guy at the counter seemed a bit overwhelmed, so he was a little distracted, but he was polite. All this in a matter of 30 to 40 minutes by the time I got home.

I am from out of town new in the weslaco area used to the service from Dominos in the Austin area. I contacted dominos on june 28 at 10:00 at night. I found the phone number on the internet. The phone ringed no more than 3 times when the first thing that they said was "dominos pizza can you hold"? before I even said anything I was on hold. I decided to start writing about the service since there was no rating posted just to see how long it will take before they answer again. It took 5 minutes and finnaly they asked how may I help you. I decided to order a Brooklyn style pizza. They asked for my phone number, my address and they even asked how to get there since I requested to be delivered. They set the expectation to 30 minutes and told me to have my drivers lisense ready so that the driver could verify my identity since I decided to pay with a credit card over the phone. The tone of voice was very pleasing from a female. She was very friendly with a clear speach. It is now 10:11 and my order has been placed with no problems. I will follow up to see if they deliver withing the stated time. so far I have to give them 5 stars. Well done!
