We first took a dog to Penny for training 15 years ago, and now we are back with a new puppy! She is wonderful! Very knowledgeable, always use positive reinforcement (on the dogs and the people!) has a solution for every problem, spends lots of time with you, the dogs love her, she is like magic with them. Class is so fun and funny I actually brought my out-of-town relatives to watch while they were visiting us!
