The cleanest dog boarding facility I've ever seen. Allows on the spot visits with no appointments. All the dogs looked so happy with lots of butts wagging!
Pros: Large facility
Cons: In Gilroy. But worth the drive from the city!
Price Range: $25 - $50

This place is so awesome. My dogs love it, and I feel that they are safe and happy. I am actually able to go out of town now because I've found a place I trust.
Pros: huge space, clean, safe play groups for dogs, the dogs get to take a nap, friendly staff that really care
Cons: I can't figure any out
Price Range: $25 - $50

I am amazed by the reviews listed. I brought my therapy dog to
I am amazed by the reviews listed. I brought my therapy dog to Dog House Inn (on several occasions). My last experience finalized my choice to never bring my pet there again. First, I was greeted with a quick grab of my dog's leash without a thought towards transitioning into their facility. I had to redirect the staff and communicated my dogs special needs and items before the leash exchange. When I arrived back from vacation, I was told that my dog was out playing however as I entered into the back facility I saw my dog left in a cage without her toys nor blanket (Isolated). The staff's face expressed a shocked look. The staff communicated that her toys and food were missing and attempted to give me items from another animal. I helped search in several crates for my dog's blanket, which had another dogs hair all over it. As I approached the cage my dog was in, she appeared to be in a trance (frozen and zombie like). The staff asked that I stand away from the cage) while the staff attempted to call my dog out of the cage. I then began, it took me three times to call my dog's name for her to move and respond. I commented to staff. Staff informed me that my dog had urinated in her crate and had a hard time acclimating. I never recieved a call of concern from staff. My dog has never 'made an accident' in the house or on her things EVER. My dog - the therapy dog- growled at a male staff member as he walked by. WEIRD behavior from my dog and UNACCEPTABLE care from staff. I have not returned since.

I love to drive down from San Jose to this facility. My dog
I love to drive down from San Jose to this facility. My dog Oliver has a blast with all of his canine friends. The fact that they have a friendly pack of dogs means that Oliver can always find his favorite playmate when I leave him for daycare. The Dog trainer Mary Cortani leads top notch group dog training classes. Oliver is in level 3 obedience class and doing amazing things. Thank you Mary! If you live in San Jose, just drive down and give it a try. I've also seen them do amazing things with dogs that are out of control with the board and behave program. This is an amazing place and only 20 min from my San Jose home.

I take my Pit Bull Nala here for boarding. She loves playing
I take my Pit Bull Nala here for boarding. She loves playing with the other bully breeds, and just goes nuts when I turn the corner on Forest St. to drop her off. She's a pretty reactive girl, but seems to do well here. They tell me she's really good with male dogs, and sometimes she gets a time out too...but that's OK with me. I haven't been able to find another place that will board her and let her be social too. They are awesome, and have my business forever.
