I have been a patient at the office for over ten years and I've worked with five different doctors with different proceedures. I've had three C-sections (beautifully delivered by Dr. Worsch) and two ectopic surgeries (Dr Worsch did my second one). I can't say enough about the office staff and doctors. Dr. Worsch is highly recomended and is one of those amazing doctors that you rarely come in contact with. Although there is often quite a wait, the quality of service is certainly worth every minute. The facility is conveniently located near accross from Hoag Hospital and has a surgery center on the basement level for emergency visits or surgeries (which I attended with both of my tubal pregnancies).

Dr. Grouse is so understanding and knowledgeable. She makes you feel very comfortable when doing your exam. The staff in the office are all very friendly and helpful.

I had a terrific experience with Dr. HSU. She was my OBGYN through my second pregnancy, and I felt very well taken care of.

Love Dr. Worsh and her staff. I agree, though, they ARE difficult to get a hold of. I have to make multiple calls and requests to obtain records when I need them. It's SO difficult to get a hold of a person on the phone. Seems their lunch time is endless. BUT the doctor and her assitants and nurses are great once you're in the door.

However when I needed to talk with her or staff member to discuss potentially alarming test results, it took 3 days to get a call back.
Major problems with general office attitude - waiting time is endless, as is being on hold when calling office - have never waited less than 45 minutes to see doctor.
The parking is expensive and there is no validation issued - so plan on having cash on you.
