The prior review strikes me as odd; I've been using Dr. Pipe for years and cannot complain! I have several properties and have had everything from minor drainwork to a total repipe. Once a connection leaked, but I called and they sent someone out and the problem was immediately fixed.
Maybe the previous reviewer needed to call Dr. Pipe BEFORE calling their insurer..sounds kinda fishy to me.

Did a pipe inspection of a house before we purchased it. They did not report a broken sewer line even though it was visible on their video. Their insurance company does not cover their negligence for missing broken pipes in video inspections so we are stuck with the bill of repairing a broken sewer line. Incompetent, do not use them for anything, especially video inspections.
