Unhappy with the work, really unhappy with the customer service, will not return

I called the store and was told it would take about 30 minutes to replace my Maxima windshield. When I went there the next day at noon, the boss put down the lunch he was eating and started working on my car right away. The job was done within 30 minutes. The price is also very good. Strongly recommended.

My 04' Honda Accord's windshield has a crack and it can't be fixed. The store help me to replace a new one. They replaced it within half hour, and the people are nice there.

a rock hit my windshield and these folks were able to replace the windshield in few hours and at a fraction of price my dealer was able to offer for my mercedes.
