We've been servicing our Honda Element at Dobbs Honda for 3 years and have zero complaints. Drive up and drop off. Quality and price is very good. Customer service is top-notch. If your car needs a couple hours of servicing, simply hop on thier free shuttle service to the Foothills Mall or the Tucson Mall - both just minutes away. They'll drive and pick you up anywhere wiithin a radius of 10 miles.
Pros: They never try to sell you something you don't need. Professional service staff.
Cons: No cons that I am aware of.

Untrustworthy
Untrustworthy mechanic and service rep.
Said I needed compliance bushings to the tune of $519.00
just because I didn't do the timing belt for $549.00, car only has 40,000 miles not 60,000.
Refused both services and took car to two ASR Honda Civic Mechanics and was told by both, yeah they are just trying to make money off of you.
Take my advice always get more than one mechanic to check your vehicle when it comes to costly repairs.

Terrible Service & Sales
Purchased "Certified" used Honda only to find out 6 months later it was not up to Honda standards - it has aftermarket parts, they never gave me the car fax, inspection worksheet, and certification paperwork, and they did not complete the scheduled maintenance. Working with Honda HQ to deal with this problem. My experience was awful and if I had it to do all over again I would have gone to another dealership. Sales and finance reps were pushy and did not listen. When I later complained I was treated with disrespect and lied to again. They are not trustworthy at Dobbs and will try every trick to get one over on you - BEWARE!
