Had Tom do work on our home in May 2010.Very professional always taking time to explain the process of each phases being done.Our choice in Tom was really easy since he wouldn't take a dime for any work until that phase was completed and pass inspection.No other contractor did that.His many years of experience and assurance of his work guaranteed to be done once,done right or you don't pay policy.Was put to the test,He always completed each phase on time, done once,done right.True to his word.Only then did he accept payment on the completed work.My friend recommended Tom to us.Bragged of the quality,on time service and professionalism which far exceeded other contractors we hired.His pure and sometimes brute honesty over unforeseeable problems that accrued during the construction Was appreciated, Knowing that brute truth helped us on making the best decision for my family and protecting our biggest investment OUR home.We heard of Toms illness.Pray all is well and he can return back in his business.Long Beach needs more contractors like him around.Do All Construction/Tom Vignerie Simply the best.Theirs no comparison its that simple.Praying for you Tom,God Bless.T.L. The owner, Tom Vignerie, was supposed to buy a car from me and gave me a deposit check. He did not come through with the purchase of my car and the check bounced. I have tried for months to get him to honor a signed agreement to pay the deposit he owes me plus the bounced check fee and he continues to ignore my attempts to contact him and work something out. This guy is not to be trusted and does not follow through with what he says. I know this was only a deposit on a car sale, but it is an indicator of larger issues trusting this guy. I would NOT trust him with a large amount of money to do work on my house. I can't comment on his ability to do electrical work, but use him at your own risk - he is not an honorable guy.
