Nice showroom upstairs
I'm bummed, I used to be the mayor on foursquare until a few days ago. I'm renovating my house again.
This is a much bigger Dixieline than others in San Diego. I was surprised that they have a few high end fixtures upstairs like Toto faucets and Vetrazzo countertops (the latter a mere $9000 for my daughter's little bathroom - really awesome looking, but no thanks).
I did request a price on bamboo cabinets. I called and was able to score and appointment same day. Bamboo is a little bit out of the norm for a big retailer like that so unfortunately, the bid was higher than the nice high end custom made ones I wound up going with. But prices on "normal" cabinets are fair and sometimes go on promotion. The gal I worked with was really nice and helpful. The upstairs showroom is worth a visit to get ideas and touch fixtures.
I always get more personal service at Dixieline than at Home Depot so prefer it. I've bought a bunch of random things like baseboards, doors, paint and more from Dixieline.
