Sam did just that, before even signing with his management team, he went over things he would do to make sure things got done, the way they should have always been. He is quick with responding to all of my annoying emails and he is upfront with everything.

My price range below is wrong, i know the price range between, type of building, how many units and all of that good stuff, but with Distinctively Chicago, there aren't any hidden fees, can we say huge bonus?
