Discounted Tires
I needed tires, but my particular size was really expensive. Running on average $180 per tire. I shopped around and found a place in chula vista that had the tires for a lot less. I remembered that discount tire will beat anybodys price. I called and the man on the phone did not hesitate, said I can beat that price, when would you like to bring it in? I brought it in without an appointment and they stated the wait time would be around an hour and a half. The lounge was full of people when I arrived. They were able to install all four tires in about an hour and offered a great price. They even will rotate your tires for free and setup an email reminder when it will be around 5,000 miles to come in for the rotation. What great customer service.

I was down at a local shop near this tire place and got a flat. Instead of having it towed to my other local tire place, I just went in here and they fixed the flat for FREE. I found out this is just a policy of the store, but the customer service was extremely friendly and they didn't try to sale me anything. They just fixed the flat and said have a nice day. That's pretty impressive in my book.
