Excellent Services‎
After getting my carpets cleaned by Endwell rug for several years, I contacted an alternate carpet cleaner. I was considering replacing my carpet but I was convinced by the owner that it could be saved. Not only did he clean the carpet better than I have ever seen it, he got out the stains that Endwell rug left for years. He told me what to expect before he started, AND HE DELIVERED.‎

Terrible Customer Service‎
They do not move your furniture. They tried to charge me for 4 rooms of cleaning when I only have carpet in 3 rooms (living room and 2 bedrooms). Also, since they didn't move any of my furniture they only did half of my living room and half of the bedrooms, but still tried to charge me for 4 rooms of cleaning. When I talked to him about it he was irate and yelling. Terrible, terrible, terrible. If you want to be charged full price for half of the work, then call these guys.‎
