As of Jan 2010, the Dill Pickle is not moving. The proposed condominium complex is on standy due to current market conditions. The Dill Pickle has been in business since 1972 due to its fast service and reasonable prices. Its "old school," but its sanitation code is always in the high 90s.‎

Unfortunately, the Dill Pickle has either going to close or will move! The owners of the buildings on the block have sold, and the area is being redeveloped. There seems to be a lot of downtown restaurants closing - I hope this isn't a trend.

If you can stand a greasy spoon, you need to eat here. Your choices are limited pretty much to a burger or chicken sandwich and fries, but all of them are excellent. They only take cash, and you'll probably have to wipe down your table before you eat, but I promise it's worth it.
