sad to say i was very disappointed with kerry's services. she was late for the scheduled appointment and i had to miss an important meeting while awaiting her arrival. she had an endless number of excuses and was incredibly rude! i had to pay extra for help she had told me earlier would be included - and she left me with numerous other technical issues stemming from the main issue she was supposed to fix during her visit. very unprofessional!
