I have been going to Dieter's for many years. I have never once had any issues with them in terms of price, service and accountability. The gentlemen I have spoken with have always been honest about services needed and not needed. I made a mistake by going to a Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change...figured what possible harm can that do? I ended up leaving Jiffy Lube needing a new oil pan so I called Dieter's for a second opinion and they had me come in and take a look at my car. The problem was that the Jiffy Lube people stripped the plug/screw that drains my oil! Now I had an oil leak! The mechanic, Martin, had a spare part and replaced it at NO CHARGE!!! I still tipped him simply based on the fact that they were honest. I will never go anywhere other than Dieter's again. If you want honest mechanics Dieter's is the place to go!
