I needed a convenient shop to repair a flat tire. I called several area tire shops. Several others could speak only sketchy English and could not assure me that my wheels would not be damaged in the process of removing / replacing the tire. Then I called Dick's. These guys were helpful, considerate and very prompt with my need. They even installed the wheel on the car when I went to pick it up. As far as this work I can say they are dependable.

When I moved into a new house, I was sent a welcome coupon from Dick's Tire Mart that was good for a free tire balance, rotation, etc. I thought that was really nice of them to do. I didn't have to pay for anything at all. It was simply their way of obtaining local business, which seems to have worked. I would definitely go back to Dick's Tire Mart. They did a really great job on my car. They also sell tires, of course, as well as basic auto services.
