Great Place to Workout
I was a gymnast in high school. Not collegiate calibur but still love to workout. This is a great place for open gym. Nice to be able to work out with other former gymnasts. I don't attend the adult class, just the open gym. We all help each other. I have heard good things about the structured adult class too, though.

My Kids Love it Here
I love that the instructors get to know my kids. The small class size gives them time to focus on the individual needs of each child in the class. I can see my kids progress and they really look forward to gymnastics day.
