Well first off let me say that I have been a memeber since the place opened. The club is never really clean there is dust on the vents, sills and tops of the lockers even on the cieling fans. The restooms are generally not stocked and out of t.p or seatcovers there are boogers on the wall in the shower that sit there for weeks the back of the shower cutains look awful and smell even worse.

The weights are always thrown about and never organized despite there being employees that are paid to take care of this. They are much more content with talking with friends and fooling around then fixing the weights or wiping dirty mirrors. I would love to work and get paid for doing nothing.

There is also a problem when you check in despite paying your membership if dont bring your card 3 times they charge you and to buy a new one is $10 not a problem but when you see them let there friends in without filling out the form it is upsetting.

There are several pluses to the club the G.M is a great guy and a few of the females that work the front are very nice also one guys who works the customer service counter.

The biggest plus and why i continue to go is it is right around the corner.

DIAMOND HILLS PLEASE STEP IT UP !!!!!!!!!

I have been enjoying the club for a yr. The price is right and the best part is our grandaughter is able to be a part of our membership because she lives with us.In-shape does not allow this, and Prewett water Park has me paying just to supervise her. It will become even more enjoyable when she turns 13 and can take classes with us. Yes ,there have been rude encounters with employees but...we are only human and I don't take it personally.

I have just completed a 3-day trial membership. The staff was VERY nice and gave above and beyond what was expected as far as showing us through equipment and getting my daughter into a class she wanted to try. The place is clean and well-maintained. Didn't seem to be overcrowded at all, either. I watched for signs of customer dissatisfaction, but saw nothing of the sort. A little pricey for the top family plan, or it would be 5-stars.

The Club is CLEAN and offers all the amenities that one can ever ask for. Also, the staff is very friendly.

As to memberships, I am very disappointed that a family of three ends up paying the same amount as a family of 6. The less family members in your family the more you pay per person. How does that make sense? They should come up with an affordable price per person that can apply all across and stop making small families pay more for the same service.

the gym is nice and all but the staff is really rude they do
the gym is nice and all but the staff is really rude they do not take insurance for membership even with a doctor prescription further more once you have purchased your membership if you are handicap and need assistance not only is it up to you to provide your own assistance but you must also pay full membership for any caretaker or therapist to assist you even though they are not working out they make you pay a separate membership for them sitting they do not have to abide by federal law since they are a private club the place is really nice too bad they are too stuck up really a downer since they are the only gym in area with wheelchair access to the pool maybe they will open their eyes and become a little more friendly to the handicap
