I was so surprised at how thorough these guys r. They fixed my problem and I'm up and running as usual. They were very speedy and were easy on my bank account!

I brought in my iMac because it was going black screen on me all the time. Turned out it was my logic board, so it was replaced. I also told them about my CD drive not working, and they said they would fix it. After 6 days and $757, I have my computer back and the CD drive is still not working and now my computer's built-in camera is busted. Terrific.

Di No Computer generously gave advice and help on many occasions and have a friendly and competent staff. On site help is good too. Prices quoted for parts can be high, not too many peripherals in store for sale, and the floor staff doesn't usually know what they have if you call them.

I used to shop at this place for all my Macs accessories such as monitors and printers,etc. back then (when Apple Store wasn't available). One time, when my ibook screen got black out, I brought my ibook to get it fixed at Di No. They only charged me for $50, and they changed the logic card for me. I thought the price was quick decent. However, I was shocked to see my ibook got all scratched up real bad , they claimed they had to send it to Apple to get it fixed, very disappointing. Later, my friend told me that I should have brought my ibook to an Apple Store to avoid that to happen.

PROS: They carry a lot of Mac's accessories
CONS: Poor handling of your computer
