Dr DiGiacomo is a wonderful doctor I am a diabetic and he makes me feel comfortable and no matter when you see him even to bump into him on the street he takes the time to ask how you are and truely cares for you. He really makes me feel like he is there for me for all my special needs as a diabetic. He is one of the good ones. And all the patients I have seen love him!

I recently had Dr. Giacomo perform a foot surgery and he and his staff could not have been more attentive and professional. The office is very clean and the procedures was very quick. I would highly recommend him. I live in Antioch and was happy to travel to Oakland for his services.

I went to Dr Digiacomo for a severe case of athletes foot he prescribed Lamisil and required lab work. He was very nice in person. His office staff lost my lab work for over a month. They told me they had no Idea what office I went to for the lab work even though it was across the street and they TOLD me to go there! I had to call multiple times and every time I spoke to the staff they were downright mean! After they found the lab work the the doctor LIED to my insurance company and said my condition was minor. I could barely walk! So of course my insurance refused to pay. I contacted the doctor again and his mean staff lady said the doctor would save us money by prescribing the generic version of Lamisil.
This took another month and my big toenail FELL off! Walking became even harder. Then I guess the the doctor decided to forget the generic Lamisil idea and reperscribed it in two separate portions. And wanted me to come in for an office visit every time a portion was close to running out. Maybe to make more money off my insurance company? I started taking the pill and called to have the next portion of my prescription sent to me and THEY LOST MY ADDRESS! I have been suffering with this dishonesty and incompetence for months now living with the pain and the office staff or doctor have never even apologized. I don`t write reviews very often but I wanted people to know how this doctor and his staff really treat people.

Recently our college age son had a freak injury to his foot and Dr. Di Giacomo took exceptional care of his needs. Surgury went well. Staff helped us through the process smoothly even though we were 400 miles away. We can never thank him enough.
