I went to "Dexen" Company Inc. (South El Monte) Website, and found only a parcel (Half-Put-Together) Website. These people are suppose to make "Fire Place Regulators". When I tried to click on their "Trouble Shooting" Button at the Top Of The Page, It went to a web page that said "Enter Your Text". It wouldn't let you enter any text, at all. There are only 3 buttons hooked up to anything. However, the Most Important Button such as the "Trouble Shooting" Button is Dis-Connected, and does Nothing. This tells me how well their "Fire Place Regulator's" Work, Another words, They Aren't Worth Much!!! The label on the Fire Place Regulator say's "Made In Taiwan" ! That should say Alot for their Product's. You'd think that they would at least sell their products in a cardboard box with a picture of their product, and instruction's. There wasn't even that. My Opinion on this "Dexen" Company, Inc. is that "They Are Not Worth Much! Get With The Program "Dexen", Or Get Off The World Wide Internet. Even My 14 Year Old Could Put Together A Much Better Website!
